Payments and refunds

All fees are quoted in the currency indicated and are non-refundable except as described in our Return Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheHiddenEyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Termination
